I feel blessed to live in France where PreP is 100% paid by the social security (national health system), just like the visits to the doctor who follows your treatment. I hope more countries will have that.

Now that prep is there, I hope that education will catch up with syphilis. We can still treat it. But if you don’t know what to look for, it can be silent and cause big issues later on.

I just wish Japan did the same level of education regarding HPV with women; it causes cervical/ovarian cancer but Japan doesn't recommend taking the vaccines for it, which is insane.
