EN"Farang khi nok" is the name of a local guava. It's a small guava with fairly hard flesh, not sellable for a good price. As slang, it means a foreigner who isn't so great, like bad manners, bad behavior, poor, backpacker. It also means a fake farang (looks like a foreigner but is actually Thai). "Farang khi nok" and "Khaek khai thua" are quite old terms, not used much these days. Thai people have some racism but not as strong as foreigners. Kids might bully with words or not play with someone. Adults might gossip behind your back, but whether Thai or foreigner, Thais like gossip. But Thais won't physically hurt, yell at, make loud noises, or be rude, sir.
ENMike can learn swear words, but if you're going to say them, don't say them to anyone 😂😂😂 Saying it like this is more polite. Thai people like it more.
ENThai people who are racist are the parents' generation, maybe even the grandparents' generation. That's why Mike has never heard the word "racist" from Thai people. Win has Thai parents so he's heard stories about racism from them.

EN"Farang Khi Nok, Khaek sells peanuts" is so old, the new generation barely knows it. Khaek doesn't sell peanuts anymore nowadays. I think it's just certain old families or groups that haven't been in Thailand long.
ENI have to strongly disagree at minute 10:22 (about Thai people being prejudiced against foreigners, I think you're mistaken about Thai people). The term "farang khi nok" will only be used to insult when that foreigner has done something bad to Thai people, caused damage, or hurt them. Then Thai people will say that word. ENIf Thai people say it's discriminatory, they can't say it with full confidence. We've been used to calling people by traits (tall, short, dark, fair) for a long time. People call each other whatever, but most of the time it's not out of hatred.
