ENOf course, everyone wants a good life. Thai people who go abroad have to practice that country's language. Foreigners who come to Thailand should also practice the language of the land that provides them a living. Like Mike, we still support that—embracing both the culture and the language. But those TikTokers who make videos just slightly praising Thailand, Thai people support them blindly, even though they only come to Thailand to have a better quality of life, live luxuriously, eat cheap food, and have a lifestyle they couldn't have in their own country. That's all.

ENYou need to find a Thai friend to talk with every day first. Mostly Mike does content with foreigners, speaks English most of the time. If you had a Thai friend to talk with every day and help correct you when you're wrong, you'd probably speak faster. Or if you had a Thai girlfriend, even better. 😄

ENJust a little suggestion. Have a good day. Thai people don't really use that phrase. Some might be confused or find it a bit strange. Using "โชคดีนะครับ" (good luck) is better.

แน่นอนว่าถ้าคุณพูดไทยไม่ได้ คุณก็ไม่สะดวก ไม่ใช่คนไทยส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีความสามารถในการเรียนภาษาต่างประเทศ แต่เพราะไม่ใช่ภาษาที่คนไทยส่วนใหญ่ใช้เป็นเวลานานเพียงพอ เพราะฉะนั้นคนไทยส่วนใหญ่ไม่สามารถเข้าใจคุณได้ดีถ้าคุณพูดภาษาอังกฤษ
ENOf course, if you can't speak Thai, it's inconvenient. It's not that most Thai people lack the ability to learn foreign languages, but because it's not a language most Thais use for long enough periods. Therefore, most Thai people can't understand you well if you speak English.
